Cawaring Financial Planning, LLC’s ("CFP") privacy policy, as stated below, is designed to support the protection of the personal information that you provide to us. We collect and use personal information from sources such as information provided by you on applications or other forms you provide to us, information about your transactions with us and those who service your accounts, and information from outside sources regarding verifying your identity, employment, credit, or other relationships with them.
We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our current or former clients to non-affiliated third parties, with two exceptions: 1) as permitted or required by law, such as in a Washington State Department of Finance (DFI) audit or 2) by written or verbal request by the client to discuss their situation with other professionals for the sole purpose of performing the Services. For example, we are permitted by law to disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to the custodian banks of mutual funds you invest in, to process your transactions. Furthermore, we restrict access to your non-public personal information to those persons who require such information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
CFP has no affiliated companies which would require access to your non-public personal information. If we develop relationships with financial services or advisory companies who should act as custodians of our customer accounts, we will require these companies or individuals to keep any non-public personal customer information confidential.
This is a written offering for the most updated copy of CFP's form ADV-II. Please contact us if you want the ADV-II mailed to you.
Thank you,
